A family collection of favorites โ gathered over the years, made in our kitchen, and passed down with love.
A note from Grandma Hazel
To My Husband Bernie, My Children, And Grandchildren For Giving Me The Spirit, Knowledge And Passion To Do What I Loved, " Cook."
I learned to cook from my mother who spent many hours each day
cooking for our family. She also cooked for many farmers who came to help
with our harvest. Her love of cooking was passed down to me, so I hope to pass
this love down to my children and grandchildren.
I think the kitchen is one of the most creative rooms in the home.
Collecting and trying new recipes was a fun hobby of mine for years. Sharing
this passion with family and friends is like sharing a part of myself.
Baking Christmas cookies was always a special day at our house.
After Billy, Julie and Janet grew up, I could always count on Wesley, William
and Justin to help. I don't remember who ate the most frosting, or was
it Bernie? I will always remember the smiles on my grandsons faces as the
smell of the cinnamon rolls baking filled the kitchen.
This book "Baked with Love" has some of my favorite recipes. Please
enjoy them and add some of your own favorites. Remember to pass them on
because.....they are "Baked with Love."
Christmas cookie days, cinnamon rolls, and smiling faces โ photos coming soon
